Our professional chef, Kevin, will dream up a variety of delicious gourmet morsels to individualize your reception while taking advantage of seasonal specialties and accommodating special requests.
A delicious combination of chunks and shredded chicken, mild cheddar, Monterey Jack cheese and spicy jalapeno peppers blended with tomatoes, red yellow and green bell peppers, cilantro, onions and a touch of garlic and then wrapped in a tortilla.
Garden-fresh spinach, onions, garlic, cream cheese, spices and feta cheese wrapped together in bite-size triangles of light, flaky phyllo dough.
Small puff pastry crescents stuffed with herb- seasoned beef. Could also be stuffed with chicken, seafood or vegetables.

Each reception has, as a minimum, a selection of six different gourmet items specially prepared by Chef Kevin and served to your guests in any of our first floor common areas by our personable staff.
There is no set list of hors d'oeuvre selection; Kevin uses his artistic talent to create a special combination for each event, keeping in mind special requests as well as dietary restrictions.
