The Molly Room

A cozy corner room on the second floor in the front part of the house overlooking historic Main Street. An antique metal full-size bed dominates this room.

A comfortable winged-back chair and cable T. V. complete this relaxed setting. This room shares a large bathroom with a tub-shower down the hall. All of the guest rooms have comfortable robes and hair dryers.

Cuddle up in the soft winged-back chair with a book from the Inn's extensive library or with one of Nancy's soft stuffed animals. Relax and watch T. V. or listen to soft, romantic music playing from the DVD or radio.

A full breakfast is included in the room rate and is served by candlelight in the cozy dining room or on the fireplaced veranda. Check-in time is 3:00-5:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

The Rose Room

Comfortable sitting area complete with antique writing desk, TV and VCR completes this spacious area. Couples staying in the Ashley Suite have the sole use of the Library with the gas log fireplace and cable TV, VCR and DVD with the extended movie channel and our DVD movie library.

To complete your wedding, elopement or vow renewal experience at ​A Cardinal House we offer you four comfortable private rooms eachwith it's own theme. All rooms have seasonal air conditioning, T. V. and private or semi-private baths. A Cardinal House is not suitable forchildren or pets. Our family cat, Inky, is in residence. For the safety and comfort of our guests, there is no smoking in the buildings or on the veranda.

The Ashley Suite

A second floor cozy retreat tucked away beneath the slanted plaster ceiling of the original house design. This sunny room, bathed in cool tones of blue and cream, is dominated by a full size brass headboard bed. The feng shui-type arrangement of the elements of this peaceful small room ensures a quiet respite for those who rest here. A small private bath, with a tub-shower combination, is just steps down the hall at the bottom of a private back staircase. A wall-mounted flat screen cable TV keeps you connected with world happenings, if so desired.
